班级制联合风险管理在实习生管理中的应用

摘要 目的探讨实习生管理中采用班级制管理联合风险管理的运用价值。方法纳入我院2015年7月—2016年12月的实习生30例为对照组,同时纳入2017年2月—2018年12月的实习生30例为观察组,对照组采用常规带教模式,观察组采用班级制管理联合风险管理干预模式。观察实习生的压力源得分,包括患者方面、沟通方面、知识方面和职业认知方面四个方面,统计干预前后的学习动机因素评分。结果观察组的患者方面、沟通方面、知识方面和职业认知方面评分均低于对照组(P <0.05)。两组实习生干预前的学习动机因素总分对比分析差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),两组实习生干预后的学习动机因素总分较干预前出现上升(P <0.05),观察组干预后的学习动机因素总分较对照组升高更为明显(P <0.05)。结论经班级制管理联合风险管理在实习生管理中可有效的缓解实习生压力,促进实习的综合能力。 Objective To explore the application value of using class management to manage joint risk management in interns management.Methods A total of 30 interns from July 2015 to December 2016 were included in the control group.30 interns from February 2017 to December 2018 were included in the observation group,and the control group was given the regular teaching mode.The group adopted a class system to manage the joint risk management intervention model.Observe the intern's stressor scores,including patient aspects,communication,knowledge,and professional cognition.The scores of learning motivation factors before and after statistical intervention were recorded were recorded.Results The scores of patients,communication,knowledge and occupational cognition in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total scores of learning motivation factors between the two groups of interns before intervention(P>0.05).The total scores of learning motivation factors after intervention between the two groups were higher than those before intervention(P<0.05).The total score of learning motivation factors was more significant than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of risk management and class management can effectively alleviate the pressure of interns and promote the comprehensive ability of internships in interns management.
