摘要
目的分析克拉霉素治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的效果。方法选取我院2016年1月—2018年1月收治的慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者120例为对象进行研究,采用数字表随机法将其分为两组,各60例。采用阿莫西林克拉维酸钾治疗对照组,采用克拉霉素治疗观察组。比较两组治疗后疗效及不良反应情况。结果在治疗有效率上,观察组为96.67%较对照组78.33%高,P <0.05,差异有统计学意义。在不良反应上,观察组发生率为5.00%较对照组21.67%低,P <0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论克拉霉素治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的效果显著,即可改善患者各种临床症状,且不良反应少,具有较高安全性。
Objective To analyze the effect of clarithromycin on chronic rhinosinusitis.Methods 120 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were randomly divided into two groups(60 cases each).The control group was treated with amoxicillin clavulanate and the observation group was treated with clarithromycin.The curative effect and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment was 96.67%in the observation group and 78.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In adverse reactions,observation The incidence rate of the group was 5.00%significantly lower than that of the control group(21.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clarithromycin is effective in the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with less adverse reactions.
