针刺结合起立床训练治疗中风后足内翻

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Apoplectic Varus With Acupuncture Combined With Electric Erecting Bed Training

目的探讨针刺配合电动起立床训练治疗中风后足内翻的临床效果观察。方法将2017年5月—2018年12月在我院针灸康复科治疗的120例中风后足内翻患者随机分为针刺组、站床组及针床组三组,三组在健康教育和常规护理的基础上,针刺组行张力平衡针刺治疗,站床组行电动起立床训练,针床组行张力平衡针刺加电动起立床训练,对比三组治疗后Holden步行功能评分。结果针床组治疗有效率高于对针刺组和站床组(P <0.05);针床组治疗后Holden步行功能评分高于针刺组、站床组(P <0.05)。结论针刺配合电动起立床训练治疗中风后足内翻的临床效果显著,有利于改善肢体肌痉挛状态,纠正及缓解足内翻,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with electric standing bed training in the treatment of stroke varus.Methods 120 patients with stroke and varus treated in the Acupuncture and Rehabilitation Department of our hospital from May 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into three groups:acupuncture group,station bed group and needle bed group.The three groups were in health education and routine.On the basis of nursing,acupuncture group was treated with tension balance acupuncture treatment,station bed group was equipped with electric erecting bed training,needle bed group was subjected to tension balance acupuncture plus electric erecting bed training,and the Holden walking power scores of the three groups were compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in the needle bed group was significantly higher than that in the acupuncture group and the station bed group(P<0.05).The Holden walking power score after the needle bed group treatment were significantly higher than those in the acupuncture group and the station bed group.(P<0.05);Conclusion The clinical effect of acupuncture combined with electric erecting bed training for the treatment of stroke varus after stroke is significant,which is beneficial to improve the condition of limb tendon,correct and relieve foot varus,and has positive clinical significance.
