综合护理对小儿急性高热惊厥的作用

Effect Analysis of Comprehensive Nursing in Clinical Nursing of Children With Acute Febrile Convulsion

目的分析研讨综合护理在小儿急性高热惊厥临床护理中的效果。方法随机从我院2016年6月—2018年3月收治的小儿急性高热惊厥患儿中抽取80例进行讨论,用随机数字法分组,其中40例接受常规护理(对照组),另40例接受综合护理(研究组),观察比较护理效果。结果研究组住院时间、惊厥消失时间、退热时间低于对照组,数据差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组护理满意度评分高于对照组,数据差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论小儿高热惊厥患儿接受综合护理干预,可缩短住院时间,促进惊厥恢复、退热,辅助性提升疗效,有利于疾病预后和康复。

Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of comprehensive nursing in the clinical nursing of children with acute febrile convulsion.Methods 80 children with acute febrile convulsions admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to March 2018 were randomly selected for discussion.They were divided into two groups by random number method.40 of them received routine nursing(control group)and another 40 received comprehensive nursing(research group).The nursing effects were observed and compared.Results The hospitalization time,convulsion disappearance time and fever abatement time of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the data were significantly different(P<0.05).The score of nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for children with febrile convulsion can significantly shorten the hospitalization time,promote convulsion recovery and fever abatement,and help improve the curative effect,which is conducive to disease prognosis and rehabilitation.
