小儿消化不良临床护理的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Clinical Nursing for Children With Dyspepsia

目的探讨消化不良患儿行临床护理模式的价值。方法选入我院2018年1月—2019年1月收治的消化不良患儿共46例,以随机数字表法的形式将46例患儿均分为研究组和对照组,每组23例。对照组行基础护理模式,研究组行临床护理模式,对比两组护理前后的消化不良症状积分、家属对护理满意度以及住院用时和花费金额。结果(1)护理前两组消化不良的症状积分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,对照组消化不良的症状积分(3.2±1.2)分高于研究组(2.3±0.5)分,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);(2)对照组总满意度52.2%低于研究组82.6%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);(3)对照组输液用时(5.2±1.3)d长于研究组(3.1±1.2)d,对照组住院费用(314.5±58.2)元高于研究组(164.3±47.5)元,组间对比差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论消化不良患儿行临床护理模式的价值显著,患儿家属满意度提升,其家庭经济负担也有所减轻。

Objective To explore the value of clinical nursing model for children with indigestion.Methods 46 cases of children with indigestion admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were divided into study group and control group by random number table method,23 cases in each group.The control group was given basic nursing mode,while the research group was given clinical nursing mode.The scores of dyspepsia symptoms before and after nursing,family satisfaction with nursing,hospitalization time and expenditure were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in symptom score between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,The symptom score of dyspepsia in the control group(3.2±1.2)score was higher than that in the study group(2.3±0.5)score,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the control group was 52.2%lower than that of the study group(82.6%).The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The infusion time of the control group was(5.2±1.3).The length of days was longer than that of the study group(3.1±1.2).The hospitalization expenses of the control group(314.5±58.2)yuan were higher than that of the study group(164.3±47.5)yuan.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The value of clinical nursing model for children with indigestion is remarkable,the satisfaction degree of the family members of the children is significantly improved,and th e family financial burden is also reduced.
