摘要
目的观察分析健康教育在老年高血压病护理中的作用。方法选择我院2017年3月—2018年4月收治的78例老年高血压患者为研究对象,按照是否给予健康教育将所有患者分为对照组(39例:未联合健康教育)与实验组(39例:联合健康教育),比较两组患者护理干预效果。结果实验组患者护理干预4周后血压、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋等数值均优于对照组,P <0.05。实验组疾病知识知晓率及患者护理满意度分别达到了94.9%、97.4%,均高于对照组,P <0.05。结论老年高血压病患者护理中联合健康教育可有效改善患者血脂、血压,提高患者疾病知识知晓率及护理满意度,有助于提升患者生活质量。
Objective To observe and analyze the role of health education in the nursing of senile hypertension.Methods From March 2017 to April 2018,78 elderly patients with hypertension were treated in our hospital.All patients were divided into control group(39 cases:no combined health education)and experimental group(39 cases:combined health education)according to whether they were given health education.The effect of nursing intervention was compared between the two groups.Results The blood pressure,total cholesterol and high density fat eggs in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group after 4 weeks of nursing intervention(P<0.05).The awareness rate of disease knowledge and patients'satisfaction with nursing in the experimental group were 94.9%and 97.4%respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education combined with nursing care for elderly patients with hypertension can effectively improve blood lipid and blood pressure,improve the awareness rate of disease knowledge and nursing satisfaction,and help to improve the quality of life of patients.
