摘要
目的分析SBAR标准化床边交班在急诊重症病房中的应用效果。方法于2018年2—7月对急诊重症病房18名护士实行SBAR标准化床边交班培训,分别在SBAR标准化床边交班实行前和实行6个月后调查护士对病情掌握情况及护士交接班评估量表评分情况。结果实行SBAR标准化床边交班后,责任护士对患者病情掌握情况评分与实行前相比,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。护士交接班评估量表中促进有效沟通、确保高效沟通、有利于识别患者病情变化、有利于预防患者的安全隐患、交接班中团队协作良好,这五个条目均分高于实行前,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论实行SBAR标准化床边交班后,规范了危重患者床边交接流程,提高了责任护士对患者病情的掌握程度,增进了护士有效沟通,从而保证交接班信息的全面准确性,有利于提高团队协作能力和护理质量,保障患者安全。
Objective To analyze the application effect of SBAR standardized bedside handover in the emergency intensive care unit.Methods Training 18 nurses for the SBAR standardized bedside handover in February 2018 to July 2018 in the emergency intensive care units,and research the situation of disease assessment and nursing shift rating scale during the nurses succession in SBAR standardized bedside shift practice before and six months after that.Results After implement SBAR standardized bedside handover,there had been showed the statistically significant difference between the nurses to the patients'disease information score compared with that before(P<0.05).The average score of promoting effective communication,being efficient communication,identifying patients'disease changes,preventing patients'safety hazards,and having good teamwork in the shift was higher than that before implementation with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion SBAR standardized bedside handover implement,which would standard bedside handover process for critically ill patients,improve to grasp degree of the patients'condition for charge nurse,improve the effective communication during nurses,ensure the overall accuracy of the shift information,improve the teamwork ability and nursing quality,and ensure the patient safety.
