微信结合案例教学在超声进修医师培训的应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的通过实践课题研究,探讨基于微信平台的案例教学法在基层超声进修医师培训中的应用价值。方法对2017年1月—2018年10月来超声医学科进修的28名医师分为两组,实验组实行微信结合案例教学法进行学习,对照组采用课堂讲授案例模式学习,结业时以理论考试、问卷调查方式进行综合考核评估。结果实验组在专业知识及专业实践能力上学习成绩(73.30±8.73)分、(71.50±9.53)分,高于对照组的(66.40±9.90)分、(60.30±8.50)分,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05),学员普遍接受这种能有效提高临床思维能力的教学方法。结论微信结合案例教学法契合基层超声进修医师特点,能有效提高进修医师的专业知识及专业实践能力。 Objective To explore the application value of case teaching method based on We Chat platform for physician training in department of ultrasound. Methods From January 2017 to October 2018, 28 doctors in the department of ultrasound were divided into two groups. The experimental group was given case teaching method based on We Chat platform. The control group was given the traditional classroom teaching method. At the time of graduation, a comprehensive assessment was conducted by means of theoretical examination and questionnaire survey. Results In the experimental group, the scores of professional knowledge and practical ability were(73.30 ± 8.73) and(71.50 ± 9.53), respectively, were higher than that of the control group(66.40 ± 9.90) and(60.30 ± 8.50). The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Students generally accepted this teaching method which could effectively improve clinical thinking ability. Conclusion We Chat combined with case teaching method to fit the characteristics of ultrasonic refresher doctors.It is a worthy teaching method to effectively improve the professional knowledge and professional practice ability of refresher doctors.
