摘要 目的探讨以案例为基础的教学模式(CBL)在全科住院医师规范化培训心血管内科轮转过程中的教学效果及应用价值。方法将2015年9月—2018年5月在心血管内科接受规范化培训的50名全科医师随机分为对照组和观察组,每组25名学员,对照组采取传统授课为基础的教学法(LBL),观察组采取案例为基础的教学模式(CBL)。轮转结束前进行理论与实践技能出科考核。数据采用SPSS22.0进行统计学分析。结果理论考试成绩显示,观察组的成绩(82.11±6.32)分,明显高于对照组的(71.75±9.7)分;差异有统计学意义(t=5.43,P<0.01)。实践技能考核成绩显示,观察组的成绩(81.72±7.10)分,明显高于对照组的(70.32±7.81)分;差异有统计学意义(t=5.03,P<0.01);对CBL教学方式的满意度高于传统教学模式。结论在全科住院医师规范化培训心血管内科教学中采用CBL教学法可明显提高学员理论考试与实践技能考核成绩,提高教学效果。 Objective To evaluate the case-based learning(CBL) in the teaching of cardiovascular medicine for general practitioner standardized training and evaluate its effect. Methods 50 general practitioners who received standardized training in cardiovascular medicine department from September2015 to May 2018 were randomly divided into control group and experimenta group, 25 students in each group. The control group was given the lecturebased learning(LBL), while the experimental group was given the case-based learning(CBL) teaching method. Before the end of rotation, theoretical and practical skills were assessed. Data were analyzed by SPSS22.0. Results The results of theoretical examination showed that the scores of the experimenta group(82.11 ±6.32), were significantly higher than those of the control group(71.75 ±9.7);the difference was statistically significant(t=5.43, P<0.01)The scores of practical skills examination showed that the scores of the experimental group(81.72 ±7.10), were significantly higher than those of the control group(70.32 ±7.81);the difference was statistically significan(t=5.03, P < 0.01). Conclusion The application of CBL teaching method in the standardized training of general resident doctors in cardiovascular medicine teaching can significantly improve the students’ theoretical and practical skills and teaching effect.
