摘要
目的探讨PBL联合CBL教学模式在住院医师规范化培训中的应用价值。方法 2014年3月—2018年4月,选择本院消化科住院医师40名作为研究资料,均参与规范化培训,依据时间分组各20名。对照组为传统讲授式教学方法(LBL),观察组为以问题为导向的教学方法(PBL)联合以案例为基础的教学方法(CBL)的教学模式,观察两组住院医师临床技能考核成绩和学习兴趣度。结果观察组理论成绩和实践技能考核评分均显著高于对照组,P <0.05;观察组兴趣、主动性、知识接受程度、团队协作评分均显著高于对照组,P <0.05;观察组工作态度、通用能力、专业知识、临床诊疗、沟通技巧能力均显著高于对照组,P <0.05。结论在住院医师规范化培训中落实PBL联合CBL教学模式可进一步增强其临床综合技能,且教学模式符合医师学习兴趣,提高学习积极性,确保其理论和实践均获得良好的成绩,增强其胜任力,培训价值较高。
Objective To explore the application value of PBL combined with CBL teaching mode in the standardized training of residents. Methods From March 2014 to April 2018, 40 residents of the department of gastroenterology were selected as research materials, all of whom participated in standardized training, grouped according to time. The control group was given the traditional teaching method(LBL), and the observation group is the teaching model of the problem –based teaching method(PBL) combined with the case-based teaching method(CBL). The clinical skills assessment results and learning interest of residents in two groups were observed. Results The theoretical scores and practical skills assessment scores of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group, P < 0.05. The interest, initiative, knowledge acceptance and teamwork scores of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group, P < 0.05;Attitude, general ability, professional knowledge, clinical diagnosis and treatment skills, communication skills were significantly higher than the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion The implementation of PBL combined with CBL teaching mode in the standardized training of residents can further enhance their clinical comprehensive skills, and the teaching mode is in line with the interest of physicians, improve the enthusiasm of learning, and ensure that their theory and practice have achieved good results and enhance their competence. The training value is higher.
