摘要
目的研究以问题为基础教学法在神经内科临床带教中的效果。方法将我院2017年3月—2018年3月收治的神经内科带教生50名,根据随机数字表法分为两组均25名,其中对照组实施常规教学方式,研究组采用以问题为基础教学法,对比两组学生的考核情况及满意度。结果研究组在理论知识、实践操作等各项评价上显著高于对照组,研究组学生的满意度92.00%,高于对照组的68.00%,差异具有统计学意义,P <0.05。结论通过对神经内科临床带教学生实施以问题为基础教学法,能够有效提升学生的考核成绩,激发学生对学习的积极性,有助于提高临床带教质量,值得应用。
Objective To study the effect of problem-based teaching in clinical teaching of department of neurology. Methods From March 2017 to March 2018, 50 students in department of neurology were divided into two groups according to random number table method. 25 students in each group. The control group was given routine teaching method, and the research group was given problem-based teaching method. The assessment and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The evaluation of theoretical knowledge and practical operation in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The satisfaction rate of the students in the study group was 92.00%, higher than that in the control group(68.00%). The difference was significant, P < 0.05. Conclusion Problem-based teaching method can effectively improve students’ examination results, stimulate students’ enthusiasm for learning, help to improve the quality of clinical teaching.
