摘要 目的探讨案例教学在本科临床医学专业局部解剖学中的应用。方法研究人员按照本次研究要求,从我院2016级的学生中,随机挑选70名,采用摸球法将70名学生分为对照组与观察组,对照组学生接受传统的教学方法,而观察组学生的则接受案例教学,对比两组学生的教学效果。结果对比两组学生的期末考试成绩、教学满意度、操作评分,观察组高于对照组学生,组间数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在局部解剖学教学中引入案例教学模式,能有效的提升学生自身的批判性思维能力,提升学生对于知识的掌握程度,提高学生对于教师的教学满意度。 Objective To explore the application of case teaching in regional anatomy of undergraduate clinical medicine. Methods According to the requirements of this study, the researchers randomly selected 70 students from the 2016 class in our hospital, and divided them into the control group and the observation group by using the touch ball method. The control group was given the traditional teaching method, while the observation group was given the case teaching, the teaching effects of the two groups was compared. Results Comparing the final examination scores, teaching satisfaction and operation scores of the two groups, the observation group was higher than the control group. There were significant differences in data between groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion The introduction of case teaching mode in regional anatomy teaching can effectively improve students’ critical thinking ability, enhance students’ mastery of knowledge, improve students’ teaching satisfaction with teachers.
