微信辅助PBL教学法在内分泌科住院医师培训中的应用

PBL教学模式在我国本科教育中被广泛应用,并逐渐引入到住院医师规范化培训带教中来,用以提高医学生自主学习能力及综合素质。但是,PBL在临床带教过程中常受时空及教学资源等限制。微信平台具有操作简单便捷、交流形式多样、传递信息及时、教学资源丰富等特点,可以很好的辅助PBL教学。本文阐明了PBL教学法联合微信平台教育模式的优势及利用微信平台辅助PBL教学的具体实施步骤。微信平台辅助PBL教学法,明显改善了临床教学质量,提高了规培医生的自身学习能力,同时也提升了团队合作和沟通能力,在内分泌科住院医师规范化培训中可发挥有效作用,是一种值得尝试的带教模式。

PBL teaching model has been widely used in China’undergraduate education, and has been gradually introduced into the standardized training of resident physicians to improve the independen learning ability and comprehensive quality. However, PBL is often limited by time, space and teaching resources. We Chat platform has the following characteristics: simple and convenient operation, diversified communication forms, timely information transmission and abundant teaching resources PBL teaching can be well assisted by We Chat. This paper expounds the advantages of PBL teaching method combined with We Chat platform education model, and the specific implementation steps of PBL teaching assisted by We Chat platform. The We Chat platform assisted the PBL teaching method, which significantly improved the quality of clinical teaching, improved the learning ability of the resident physicians, as well as the ability of teamwork and communication. It can play an effective role in the standardized training of residents in the department of endocrinology. It’s a teaching model worth trying.
