血管外科专业临床不同教学模式的效果对比

摘要 目的对比不同教学模式应用于血管外科专业中的效果,总结教学经验。方法随机选取200名血管外科临床实习生,依次均分为观察组和对照组,每组100名实习生,分别实施理论授课联合病例为导向的教学模式和传统教学模式。结果观察组理论考核成绩的优良率和合格率,与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义,P> 0.05。观察组实践考核成绩的优良率和合格率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论经实验证实,理论授课联合病例为导向的教学模式能够巩固学生的理论水平,同时提高操作能力,是血管外科专业理想的教学模式。 Objective To compare the effect of different teaching modes in vascular surgery specialty and summarize teaching experience. Methods 200 clinical interns of vascular surgery were randomly selected and divided into observation group and control group, 100 interns in each group were given theoretical teaching combined with case-oriented teaching mode and traditional teaching mode respectively. Results Compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in the excellent rate and qualified rate of the theoretical examination results in the observation group, P > 0.05. The excellent rate and qualified rate of the practical examination results in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant, P < 0.05. Conclusion Experiments have proved that the theoretical teaching combined with case-oriented teaching mode can consolidate students’ theoretical level and improve their operational ability, which is an ideal teaching mode for vascular surgery specialty.
