医学病例分析学习系统在医学培训中的应用

The Application of Medical Case Analysis Learning System in Medical Training

目的建立医学病例分析学习系统,提高实习医生的学习效果。方法选取来我院泌尿外科实习学生55名作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,实验组25名,使用病例分析学习系统进行教学,对照组30名,使用传统教学模式进行教学。6个月实习期满后对学生进行出科考核,并对两组学生进行满意度问卷调查,分析医学病例分析学习系统存在的问题并寻求解决方法,调查完毕后核实整理数据,进行统计分析。结果实验组学生对该系统教学满意度达100.00%,对照组学生对教学满意度为73.33%;实验组出科考试总成绩为(88.60±3.27)分,对照组出科考试总成绩为(81.32±4.98)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论通过建立病例分析学习系统,可以提高实习医生的学习效率,建议完善及推广该模式,培养大批合格的临床医生。

Objective To establish a medical case analysis learning system to improve the learning effectiveness of interns. Methods 55 students in the department of urology of our hospital were selected as the research subjects and were randomly divided into two groups, 25 students in experimental group and 30 students in control group. The experimental group adopted the medical case analysis learning system, while the control group adopted traditional teaching methods. After 6 months of the internship, students participated in an examination, and a questionnaire was given to two groups to analyze the problems of the medical case analysis and study system and find the solution. After the investigation, the data were checked and analyzed, and the statistical analysis was carried out. Results The satisfaction of students in the experimental group was 100.00%, and that of students in the control group was 73.33%. The total score of the test group was(88.60 ± 3.27) and that of the control group was(81.32 ± 4.98). The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Through the establishment of a case analysis system, the efficiency of the intern’s learning can be improved, and it is suggested to improve and popularize this model and train a large number of qualified clinicians.
