检验科微生物室的医院感染隐患及防护对策

Nosocomial Infection Hidden Danger in Microbiology Laboratory and Preventive Measures

目的分析检验科微生物的医院感染隐患及防护对策。方法将本院2017年1—12月医务工作人员700名纳入至本次研究中,对感染集中科室进行分析,通过抽样检查感染常用物品及空气等,对生物感染状况进行检测,并对检验科微生物室中存在的的医院感染隐患进行分析,与此同时,以分析结果为依据给予相应的防护对策。结果消化科、呼吸科、检验科微生物室及其他科室感染率分别是11.11%、11.43%、31.25%和0.60%,同其他科室相比,检验科微生物室较高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);检验科病菌以幽门螺旋杆菌、肺炎链球菌等为主。结论检验科微生物室是医院感染率最高的科室,必须严格制定防护对策,避免医院感染。

Objective To analyze the risk of nosocomial infection in microbiology laboratory and preventive measures. Methods 700 of the medical staff of our hospital from January to December 2017 were included in the study. The infection concentration section was analyzed. The common articles and air were detected by sampling. The biological infection status was detected and the hidden danger of hospital infection in the laboratory microorganism room was analyzed. The corresponding protective measures should be given on the basis of the analysis results. Results The infection rates in the department of digestion, department of respiration, department of laboratory and other departments were 11.11%, 11.43%, 31.25% and 0.60% respectively. Compared with other departments, the microorganism room of the laboratory was higher, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05), and the main pathogenic bacteria were Helicobacter pylori and Streptococcus pneumoniae. Conclusion The laboratory of Microbiology in the laboratory is the highest infection department in the hospital, and the protective measures must be strictly formulated so as to avoid nosocomial infection.
