中文版FertiQol量表信效度检验及其适用性研究

Translation of the Fertility Quality of Life(Ferti Qol) into Chinese and its Reliability and Validity Evaluation

目的以翻译的中文版不孕不育生活质量量表(the fertility quality of life,FertiQ ol)评价其在不孕患者和备孕人群中的信度及效度。方法通过系统的翻译-回译形成中文版FertiQ ol量表,再对其进行信、效度评价,分析中文版不孕不育生活质量量表(FertiQ ol量表)的初步应用并评价其在普通人群和不孕患者中的信度及效度,了解大陆不孕不育夫妇生活质量的情况,并作为临床生活质量评估及未来研究的参考。结果中文版FertiQ ol量表内容效度系数值为0.952;所有样本(包括不孕症与备孕人群)各维度相关系数分析发现不孕症组及备孕人群组,除关系与环境外,各维度之间的相关性良好。中文版FertiQ ol量表的初步应用研究,除耐受性评分没有差别外,其余各因子备孕与不孕症组均有差别,P <0.05,差异具有统计学意义,而且不孕症患者FertiQ ol量表评分普遍比备孕组要低。结论中文版FertiQ ol量表有良好的内容效度、内部一致性,可作为今后临床评估不孕不育患者生活质量的专用量表。

Objective To translate the fertility quality of life(Ferti Qol) into Chinese and establish its psychometric properties among ordinary Chinese people and fertility patients. Methods The Chinese version of Ferti Qol was established by translation and back translation, then the rehability and validity of the Ferti Qol were evaluated. The preliminary application of the Chinese version of the fertility quality of life Scale(Ferti Qol) was analyzed and its reliability and validity in the general population and infertile patients was evaluated, to understand the quality of life of infertile couples in China's Mainland, and to serve as a reference for clinical quality of life assessment and future research. Results The content validity coeffieient of Ferti Qol Was 0.952. All samples(including infertility and pregnant people) were analyzed by correlation coefficient of each dimension. It was found that the correlation between each dimension of infertility group and pregnant group was good except for the relationship between environment and infertility group. The preliminary application of the Chinese version of Ferti Qol scale showed that except for the tolerance score, there were significant differences in other factors between the pregnant and infertile groups(P < 0.05). Moreover, the Ferti Qol scale score of infertility patients was generally lower than that of pregnant women. Conclusion The psychometric properties of the Ferti Qol demonstrated satisfactory validity and reliability. The Chinese version of Ferti Qol is a reliable and valid measure to evaluate the quality of life in Chinese women.
