桂枝茯苓汤联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的效果

Effect of Modified Cinnamon Twig and Poria Decoction Plus Mifepristone in Uterine Fibroid

目的研究桂枝茯苓汤联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的效果。方法将我院2016年10月—2017年10月收治的子宫肌瘤患者78例,根据治疗方法差异分为两组,均39例,其中对照组实施米非司酮治疗,研究组在此基础上加用桂枝茯苓汤,对比两组患者治疗前后病灶情况及治疗效果。结果治疗前两组患者子宫内膜厚度及肌瘤体积差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗后研究组并优于对照组,研究组治疗总有效率92.31%,优于对照组的76.92%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论针对子宫肌瘤患者实施桂枝茯苓汤联合米非司酮治疗,临床疗效显著,患者症状有效缓解,肌瘤体积不断缩小,子宫内膜厚度有效改善,值得临床应用。

Objective To study the effect of modified cinnamon twig and poria decoction plus mifepristone in uterine fibroid. Methods 78 uterine fibroid patients treated from October 2016 to October 2017 in our hospital were selected and assigned to two groups according to the different therapies, 39 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Mifepristone;the research group was treated with the modified cinnamon twig and poria decoction plus Mifepristone. The disease conditions and curative effect were compared. Results Before treatment, the endometrial thickness and uterine fibroid volume showed no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05);After treatment, the endometrial thickness and fibroid volume in the research group were better than control group;the total effective rate in the research group(92.31%) was significantly higher than control group(76.92%), the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The modified cinnamon twig and poria decoction plus Mifepristone can remarkably increase the clinical efficacy, relieve the symptoms, shrink the fibroid volume and improve the endometrial thickness.
