健康管理在冠心病不稳定型心绞痛护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Health Management in the Treatment of Unstable Angina Pectoris

目的探究健康管理应用于冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的护理效果及对老年患者心理的影响。方法将在我院接受治疗的88例冠心病不稳定型心绞痛老年患者按照随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,各44例。对照组患者接受常规护理模式,实验组在对照组的基础上予以患者健康管理模式干预。比较两组患者护理干预前和护理干预4周后的焦虑、抑郁量表评分和西雅图心绞痛量表评分。结果护理干预4周后,实验组焦虑和抑郁量表评分显著低于对照组,西雅图心绞痛量表评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论健康管理有利于提高老年冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者的治疗效果,改善其心理状态。

Objective To explore the effect of health management on unstable angina pectoris in coronary heart disease and its psychological impact on elderly patients. Methods 88 unstable angina pectoris elderly patients who were treated in our hospital were divided into experimental group and control group, 44 cases in each group. The control group received the routine nursing mode, and the experimental group was given the patient health management mode intervention. The anxiety(HAMA), depression(HAMD) score, and seattle angina questionnaiire scores were compared between the two groups. Results After 4 weeks of nursing intervention, the HAMA and HAMD scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group, seattle angina questionnaire score of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Health management is beneficial to improve the treatment effect and improve the psychological state of elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.
