舒适护理用于老年慢性心衰护理中的效果研究

Effect of Comfortable Nursing on Elderly Patients With Chronic Heart Failure

目的观察并分析在老年慢性心衰患者的临床护理中应用舒适护理干预的方法与效果。方法选取我科室于2016年12月—2017年12月收治的102例老年慢性心衰患者作为研究对象,将其划分成两组,实验组与对照组分别为51例,对对照组患者提供常规护理干预,对实验组患者提供常规护理+舒适护理干预。观察并对比两组患者的护理满意度与生活质量评分。结果实验组的护理满意度高达96.1%,高于对照组的80.4%(P <0.05)。实验组的生活质量评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在老年慢性心衰患者的临床护理中运用舒适护理干预,可以有效提高患者的护理满意度,改善其生活质量,提高临床效果。

Objective To observe and analyze the methods and effects of comfortable nursing intervention in clinical nursing of elderly patients with chronic heart failure. Methods A total of 102 elderly patients with chronic heart failure admitted to our department from December 2016 to December 2017 were enrolled in this study. They were divided into two groups, 51 cases in the experimental group and 51 cases in the control group, respectively. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention, and the patients in the experimental group were given routine nursing plus comfortable nursing intervention. The nursing satisfaction and quality of lifes cores of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 96.1%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group of 80.4%(P < 0.05). The quality of life score of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The use of comfortable nursing intervention in the clinical nursing of elderly patients with chronic heartfailure can effectively improve the patient’s nursing satisfaction, improve their quality of life and improve the clinical effect.
