目的研究心理护理对ICU重症患者的心理状态及生活质量的应用效果。方法本次选择对象为ICU重症患者,时间在2017年12月—2018年8月,根据电脑随机分配的原则将70例ICU重症患者分为两组,对照组实施常规护理、观察组实施心理护理,对比其两组心理状态及生活质量评分。结果观察组ICU重症患者心理状态、生活质量评分相比对照组心理状态、生活质量评分均具有改善,差异有统计学意义,P <0.05。结论心理护理对ICU重症患者的心理状态及生活质量均具有改善作用,同时还能促进护患关系的和谐,值得研究。

Objective To study the effect of psychological nursing on the mental state and quality of life of critically ill patients with ICU. Methods The selected subjects were ICU critically ill patients. From December 2017 to August 2018, 70 ICU critical patients were divided into two groups according to the principle of random computer distribution, including the control group for routine nursing and observation groups. Psychological care was implemented and the psychological status and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared. Results The psychological status and quality of life scores of the ICU patients in the observation group were improved compared with the control group and the quality of life scores. The difference was statistically significant, P < 0.05. Conclusion Psychological nursing can improve the mental state and quality of life of critically ill patients with ICU, and at the same time promote the harmony of nurse-patient relationship.
