Reform and Innovation of Personnel Archives Management

新时期下,社会就业观念的改变和人事制度改革的不断推进对人事档案管理也提出了更高的要求,并产生了一定的挑战。文章通过对当前人事档案管理过程中出现的"异化"现象等问题进行分析,有针对性地提出了明晰和重塑人事档案管理观、建立多层次多领域的人事档案协会等措施,期望能为人事档案管理的改革和创新指明些许方向,或提供一些帮助。

In the new era, the change of social employment concept and the continuous advancement of personnel system reform have put forward higher requirements for personnel archives management and certain challenges are produced. The paper analyzes the problems of "alienation" in the current personnel archives management process, and proposes measures such as clarifying and reshaping the personnel archives management concept and establishing multi-level and multi-domain personnel archives associations in hope of pointing out directions or providing some help for the reform and innovation of personnel archives management.
