摘要
文章提出了高校档案管理信息化建设的重要性,从高校档案管理工作的实际需求出发,对档案管理的业务流程、系统功能和性能等方面进行了需求分析,构建了系统技术架构模型,并对数据库、网络信息安全、各项业务功能等方面展开了研究和详细设计,以期为高校档案管理信息化建设提供参考。
This thesis proposes the importance of informatization construction of university archives management, and based on the actual demand of university archives management work, this thesis analyzes the requirements of the business process, system function and performance of archives management, constructs the system technology framework model, and launches research and detailed design of database, network information security and various business functions, so as to provide reference for informatization construction of university archives management.
