Research on Building New Media Archives Cultural Resources Dissemination and Display Platform

随着大数据时代的来临,海量的电子档案数据应运而生,相应地,收集、管理工作将面临一定的机遇和挑战。档案管理工作者应充分发挥大数据的特点及档案管理工作的科学性和时效性,与时俱进,改变传统的档案管理工作。笔者根据自身对大数据的理解和认识,对大数据如何运用到档案管理工作之中,提出构建新媒体档案文化资源传播、展示平台的相关建议。

With the advent of big data era, a huge number of electronic archives data have come into being, and at the same time, the corresponding collection and management work will face some opportunities and challenges. Archives management workers should give full play to the characteristics of big data and the scientific and time-sensitive nature of archives management work so as to keep pace with the times and change the traditional archives management work. Based on the understanding of big data, the author puts forward some suggestions on how to use big data in archives management, and how to build new media archives cultural resources dissemination and display platform.
