心理剧技术在抑郁干预起效机制及效果中的研究进展

Research progress of psychodrama technique in the mechanism and effect of depression intervention

心理剧是一种表达性艺术治疗方式,拥有独特且实用的治疗技术,如行动演出、镜观技巧、角色交换等。本文简要介绍了心理剧的组成、心理剧主要治疗技术的原理、使用方法以及干预抑郁的起效心理机制及效果。本文通过文献检索和查阅专业书籍等方式,对心理剧技术进行总结,并对相关干预抑郁的文献进行复习,发现心理剧可以从建立安全感、宣泄情绪、改善认知等方面起到干预抑郁的作用,并达到改善抑郁人群症状、认知、社会功能等效果,旨在为临床心理卫生工作者应用心理剧独特技术干预抑郁提供指导。

Psychodrama is an expressive art therapy with special techniques,such as enactment,mirror technique,role reversal. The review briefly introduces the composition of psychodrama,the principles of the main treatment techniques,the methods of use,the psychological mechanism and effect of intervention on depression. The article summarizes the psychodrama techniques through literature search and access to professional books,and reviews the literature on intervention depression. It is found that psychodrama can interfere with depression from the aspects of establishing a sense of security,venting emotions,and improving cognition and achieve the effect in improving the symptoms,cognition,social function and other effects of depressed people,aiming to provide guidance for clinical mental health workers applying psychodrama unique technology to intervention depression.
