摘要
目的探讨人体内脂素水平与多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的相关性。方法选取2016年2月~2018年6月深圳市罗湖区人民医院妇科门诊确诊的30例多囊卵巢综合征患者作为实验组研究对象,将PCOS患者分为PCOS肥胖组(10例)与PCOS非肥胖组(20例)。选取同期体检中心的30例正常女性作为对照组,对照组也分为对照肥胖组(10例)与对照非肥胖组(20例)。比较各组的一般数据、血浆内脂素浓度、胰岛素浓度、血糖浓度以及睾酮含量,并进一步分析各个因素与内脂素的关系。结果所有组别研究对象的年龄与身高比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。PCOS肥胖组、PCOS非肥胖组的睾酮含量、胰岛素浓度以及内脂素含量均显著大于对照肥胖组和对照非肥胖组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。皮尔森相关性分析显示血清内脂素含量与实验对象的体重指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)、睾酮浓度以及胰岛素含量成正相关(r=0.308、0.179、0.359和0.352,P<0.05)。结论内脂素作为一种脂肪性细胞因子在PCOS的发病过程中具有重要的作用,其不仅是PCOS的临床病理特征之一,也和肥胖、胰岛素抵抗以及高雄性激素血症密切相关,并可能通过这一调控机制影响PCOS等代谢病的发生发展。
Objective To investigate the correlation between visfatin level and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Methods A total of 30 patients with PCOS from February 2016 to June 2018 in the Gynecological Clinic of People's Hospital of Luohu District in Shenzhen City were selected as the experimental group,they were divided into the PCOS obesity group (10 cases) and the PCOS non-obesity group (20 cases). Meanwhile,30 normal women in the physical examination center were selected as the control group. The control group was divided into the control obesity group (10 cases) and the control non-obesity group (20 cases). The general data,plasma visfatin concentration,insulin concentration,blood glucose concentration and testosterone content of each group were compared,and the relationship between each factor and visfatin was further analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in age and height between all groups (P>0.05). The levels of testosterone,insulin and visfatin in the PCOS obesity group and the PCOS non-obesity group were significantly higher than those in the control obesity group and the control non-obesity group,with significant difference (P<0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum visfatin content was positively correlated with BMI,WHR,testosterone concentration and insulin content (r=0.308,0.179,0.359,0.352,P<0.05). Conclusion As a kind of adipose cytokine,visfatin plays an important role in the pathogenesis of PCOS. It is not only one of the clinicopathological characteristics of PCOS,but also closely related to obesity,insulin resistance and hyperandrogenism. Meanwhile,visfatin can affect the occurrence and development of many metabolic diseases,such as PCOS.
