口腔种植修复与固定义齿修复治疗牙列缺损的临床效果

Clinical effect of dental implant reparir and fixed denture reparir in the treatment of dentition defect

目的探讨口腔种植修复与固定义齿修复治疗牙列缺损的临床效果及对患者牙齿相关指数的影响。方法选取2016年5月～2018年5月我院收治的92例牙列缺损患者作为研究对象,根据患者的就诊顺序将其分为参照组和实验组,每组各46例。参照组采用固定义齿修复治疗,实验组患者采取口腔种植修复治疗。比较两组的临床效果,并评估两组患者修复治疗后的牙龈指数(GI)、牙菌斑指数(PLI)以及龈沟出血指数(SBI)等相关指数,观察患者的口腔功能修复情况。结果实验组的治疗总有效率为91.30%,高于参照组的73.91%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。修复治疗后,实验组患者GI、PLI、SBI的牙齿相关指数评分均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。修复治疗后,实验组患者的固位功能、咀嚼功能、语言功能、美观度评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论牙列缺损应用口腔种植修复的效果要优于固定义齿修复,能更有效恢复患者的口腔功能,且美观度好,有助于维护患者的牙周健康,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of dental implant reparir and fixed denture reparir in the treatment of dentition defect and the influence on the tooth related index of patients. Methods From May 2016 to May 2018,92 patients with dentition defect treated in our hospital were selected as the study objects. According to the patients' visit sequence,the patients were divided into reference group and experimental group,each group had 46 cases. The reference group was treated with fixed denture repair,while the patients in the experimental group were treated with dental implant reparir. The clinical effect between the two groups was compared,and the relative indexes of gingival index (GI),plaque index (PLI) and gingival sulcus bleeding index (SBI) and so on were evaluated,and the repair of oral function in patients was observed. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 91.30%,which was higher than that of the reference group (73.91%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of GI,PLI and SBI in the experimental group after repair treatment were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of retainer function,masticatory function,language function and aesthetic degree in the experimental group after repair treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of dental implant repair for dentition defect is better than that of fixed denture repair. It can restore the oral function of patients more effectively and has good aesthetics. It is helpful to maintain the periodontal health of patients. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
