细节管理在院感科与供应室护理合作管理中的应用效果

Application effect of detail management in nursing cooperation management between the departmen of hospital-acquired infection control and supply room

目的探讨院感科与供应室护理合作管理中细节管理的应用效果。方法 2017年1月～2018年1月,我院院感科与供应室结合成立质量改进小组,详细分析两科室合作管理中存在的问题,并制定细节管理措施,以改进管理质量。记录质量改进前后护理质量情况与各科室满意度,进行比较分析。结果细节管理实施后,供应室人员在风险意识、服务意识、安全问题识别能力方面的评分均高于细节管理实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。并且,供应室的消毒监测合格率、临床科室对供应室满意度均高于细节管理实施前,风险事件发生率低于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将细节管理应用于院感科与供应室护理合作管理,能够显著规范医院供应室的管理工作,延长器械使用寿命,明显提升各科室对供应室的满意度,是确保供应室工作效率与质量的重要基础。

Objective To explore the application effect of detail management in nursing cooperation management between the departmen of hospital-acquired infection control and supply room. Methods From January 2017 to January 2018,the quality improvement team was established by combining departmen of hospital-acquired infection control and supply room in our hospital. Detailed analysis of the two departments in the management of the existing problems,and to develop detailed management measures to improve the quality of management. The quality of nursing before and after quality improvement were compared with the satisfaction of each department. Results After the implementation of detail management,the scores of risk awareness,service awareness and safety problem identification ability of supply room staff were higher than those before the implementation of detail management,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Moreover,the qualified rate of disinfection monitoring and the satisfaction of clinical departments to the supply room were higher than those before the implementation of detail management,the incidence of risk events was lower than that before the implementation,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of detail management in the cooperative nursing management between the departmen of hospital-acquired infection control and supply room can significantly standardize the management of the supply room of the hospital and prolong the service life of the equipment. It is an important basis to ensure the working effeciency and quality of the supply room.
