红霉素软膏在动静脉内瘘钝针扣眼穿刺中的应用效果

Application effect of Erythromycin Ointment in blunt needle eyebatton puncturing of arteriovenous fistula

目的研究红霉素软膏在动静脉内瘘钝针扣眼穿刺中的应用效果。方法选取我院2017年9月～2018年2月收治的46例动静脉内瘘钝针扣眼穿刺患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(23例)和观察组(23例)。对照组采用常规穿刺后处理方法,观察组在穿刺部位应用红霉素软膏。比较两组经不同方式治疗后的并发症发生及感染情况。结果观察组的并发症发生率为17.39%,低于对照组的34.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的感染率为13.04%,低于对照组的21.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在动静脉内瘘钝针扣眼穿刺手术中应用红霉素软膏,方法简单方便且安全有效,价格便宜,在预防内瘘感染的同时能轻松去除创口结痂,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of Erythromycin Ointment in the puncture of the blunt needle of intemal arteriovenous fistula. Methods A total of 46 patients with intemal arteriovenous fistula treated in our hospital from September 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the subjects. The patients were divided into control group (23 cases) and observation group (23 cases) according to random number table method. The control group was treated with routine post-puncture treatment,while the observation group was treated with erythromycin ointment at the puncture site. The complications and the incidence of infection after treatment between two groups were compared between the two groups. Results Patients in the observation group complication rate was 17.39%,which was lower than that of the control group (34.78%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The infection rate of the observation group was 13.04%,which was lower than that of the control group (21.74%). The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of erythromycin ointment in blunt needle buttonhole puncture of intemal arteriovenous fistula is simple,convenient,safe,effective and cheap. It can easily remove the scab of the wound while preventing the infection of internal fistula. It is worth popularizing in clinic.
