综合性护理干预对小儿四肢骨折术后舒适度的影响

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative comfort degree of children with limbs fracture

目的观察综合性护理干预对小儿四肢骨折术后舒适度的影响。方法选取我院2015年1月～2017年1月收治的62例骨科手术患儿,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各31例。对照组使用常规护理,观察组使用综合性护理干预,比较两组术后焦虑程度、疼痛改善程度及护理总满意度。结果观察组护理后焦虑评分为(37.62±4.21)分,低于对照组的(45.36±4.62)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意度为96.77%,高于对照组的67.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将综合性护理干预用于小儿四肢骨折术后护理中,效果显著,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the postoperative comfort of degree children with limbs fracture. Methods A total of 62 cases of orthopedic surgery were collected from January 2015 to January 2017 in our hospital and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,31 cases in each group. The control group was used routine nursing,and the observation group was used comprehensive nursing intervention,the postoperative anxiety degree,pain improvement degree and nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared. Results The anxiety score of the observation group was (37.62±4.21) point,which was lower than that of the control group (45.36±4.62) point,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The observation group pain score was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.77%,which was higher than the control group of 67.74%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in the postoperative nursing of children with limbs fracture has remarkable effect and has the value of clinical use.
