优质护理在妊娠期高血压综合征产妇产后出血护理中的应用效果

Effect of high quality nursing care on postpartum hemorrhage of pregnant women with hypertensive syndrome complicating pregnancy

目的探讨优质护理在妊娠期高血压综合征产妇产后出血护理中的应用效果。方法选取2014年1月～2017年1月我院收治的100例妊娠期高血压综合征产后出血的产妇作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用优质护理。比较两组产后出血量、产后止血时间、睡眠时间,患者护理总满意度。结果观察组产妇产后2、24 h出血量明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇的止血时间明显短于对照组,睡眠时间明显长于对照组,匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分低于对照组,护理总满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理有助于妊娠期高血压综合征产妇产后出血的及时止血,减少出血量,提高产妇的睡眠质量,能大大提高产妇对护理的满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing in postpartum hemorrhage of pregnant women with hypertensive syndrome complicating pregnancy. Methods From January 2014 to January 2017,100 pregnant women with postpartum hemorrhage complicating hypertension syndrome during pregnancy in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing,the observation group was treated with high quality nursing. The amount of postpartum bleeding,postpartum hemostasis time,sleep time and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Delivery in observation group The amount of bleeding at 2,24 hours after gynaecology of delivery in observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The hemostasis time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the sleep time was significantly longer than that of the control group,the PSQI score was lower than that of the control group,and the final nursing satisfaction was much higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The high quality nursing is helpful to stop bleeding,reduce the amount of bleeding,improve the sleep quality of the pregnant women with hypertension syndrome complicating pregnancy,and can greatly improve the satisfaction of the patients with nursing.
