综合护理干预在髋关节置换术患者中的应用效果

Application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with hip replacement

目的研究分析综合护理干预在改善髋关节置换术患者心理状态及降低术后并发症中的作用。方法系统性回顾分析2017年1月～2018年2月我院骨科收治的120例拟行髋关节置换术患者。根据护理方法的不同,将全部患者分为实验组和对照组,每组各60例。对照组患者入院后给予常规护理,实验组患者给予综合护理干预。干预1个月后,比较两组患者护理干预前后的焦虑和抑郁等心理状况及干预前后的髋关节功能,并统计两组的并发症总发生率。结果全部患者护理后的抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均低于护理前,髋关节功能评分高于护理前,实验组护理后的SDS和SAS低于对照组,实验组护理后的髋关节功能评分显著高于对照组,实验组护理后的手术并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预髋关节置换术患者能够显著改善心理状态,有效降低术后并发症的发生率,临床效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in improving the psychological state of patients with hip replacement surgery and reducing postoperative complications. Methods A total of 120 cases of hip replacement in department of orthopedics were systematically reviewed from January 2017 to February 2018 in our hospital. According to different nursing methods,all of the patients were divided into two groups,the experimental group and the control group. Each group had 60 patients. The control group was given routine nursing and the experimental group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. One month later,the anxiety,depression and the hip function before and after the nursing intervention were compared and the overall incidence of complications was counted. Results After the intervention,the self-rating depression scale (SDS) and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) scores of all patients decreased,and the hip function scores increased,after the intervention,the SDS and SAS of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the hip function score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the total incidence of surgical complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the psychological state of patients with hip replacement surgery and effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications. The clinical effect is significant. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
