围术期综合护理在穿支皮瓣移植修复四肢软组织缺损术患者中的应用效果

Application effect of perioperative comprehensive nursing in patients with soft tissue defect of four limbs repaired by perforator flap transplantation

目的分析围术期综合护理在穿支皮瓣移植修复四肢软组织缺损术患者中应用价值。方法选取2016年5月～2017年5月在我院接受治疗的84例穿支皮瓣移植修复四肢软组织缺损术患者,按照就诊顺序分为观察组(n=42)和对照组(n=42)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用综合护理,比较两组的总有效率、并发症发生情况、护理满意度。结果观察组总有效率为95.24%,显著高于对照组的78.87%(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意度显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在穿支皮瓣移植修复四肢软组织缺损术围术期患者中实施综合护理干预,可巩固治疗效果,降低术后并发症的发生,提高患者护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the application value of perioperative comprehensive nursing in the treatment of limb soft tissue defects with perforator flap transplantation. Methods Eighty-four patients with percutaneous soft tissue defects who underwent perforator flap transplantation in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were enrolled. According to the order to visiting doctors,they were divided into the observation group (n=42) and the control group (n=42). In the control group,routine nursing was used,and in the observation group,comprehensive nursing was adopted. The total effectiveness rate,occurrence of complications,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results In the observation group,the total effectiveness rate was 95.24%,significantly higher than that of the control group,accounting for 78.87%(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion During perioperative period of perforator flap transplantation to repair soft tissue defect of four limbs,comprehensive nursing intervention can consolidate the treatment effect,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and increase patient′s nursing satisfaction.
