摘要
2016年开始,家电行业的竞争格局发生了翻天覆地的变化,为了赢得市场,各企业纷纷寻找新的突破点来推动效率提升,技术创新,新产品优势是未来市场核心竞争力。本研究案例基于项目管理的理论,通过对国内冰箱企业现有的研发管理体系现状进行深入的剖析,提出当前体系存在的问题并分析产生问题的原因,从研发组织革新、研发流程变革、研发IT平台建设三个维度,提出了冰箱研发管理体系再设计的思路和方法,从而达到提高新品品质、降低研发费用、缩短开发周期的目的,对于正在转型中的中小冰箱企业具有一定借鉴和推广意义。
There was a big change in the competition situation of household electrical appliance industry in 2016. In order to win market share, many firms have to take effective measures to improve the production efficiency, upgrade the current products, strengthen technological innovation. There’s no doubt that new products will be the core competitiveness in the future. Based on the project management theory and analysis on existing R&D management system, this paper proposed the problems and its reasons, and gave the methods of redesigning the R&D management system from the aspects of innovation of research structure, the revolutionary of development progress and the construction of IT platform which achieved the goals of enhancing the quality of products, reduce the cost of development stage and shorten its time cycle, which could also be useful for those small scale refrigeration firms.
