家用一拖多变频空调器应用于寒冷地区制热性能优化的试验研究

摘要 为推广一拖多变频空调器在寒冷区域的应用,本文针对一拖多变频空调器的制热性能优化进行了试验研究。通过优化系统控制参数的方法,显著提高了一拖多变频空调器的制热性能,试验测试了系统的制热性能,并与优化前系统进行比较,阐述了优化后的一拖多空调器应用于寒冷地区的优势。试验对比测试了系统在室外环境温度-20~7℃下优化前后系统的制热性能,测试结果表明,在室外环境温度-20℃,内机全开运行时,优化后系统制热能力较原系统制热能力提升了34.0%,出风温度较原系统出风温度提升了5.0%,有效拓展了热泵型一拖多变频空调器的低温运行范围。 In order to expand the applications of multi-four-split air-conditioner in cold areas, we research the optimization of its heating performance. The heating performance of the system has been remarkably improved through modifications of control parameters, and the testing results are compared with that of the former system which indicates the advantages of multi-four-split air-conditioner serving in cold regions. The comparative test on heating performance before and after the system in the range of -20 ℃ to 7 ℃ outside is conducted, which shows that the heating capacity and outlet air temperatureat ambient temperature of -20 ℃ are enhanced by 34.0 % and 5.0 %with the opening of all indoor units. The results reveal the feasibility of applications of residential multi-split air-conditioner in cold regions.
