Research on Quality Management Countermeasures of Enterprise Patent Applications

This paper discusses the quality problems faced in the management of enterprise patent applications, including low-quality patent applications and abnormal patent applications. After analyzing the reasons and consequences of main factors affecting the quality of patent applications, considering the requirements for reducing the instability risk existed in the rights of authorized patent applications, this paper describes how to use the norms of systems, processes and resources, then proposes some countermeasures and shares some experiences.
