农业企业环境战略驱动因素、影响效应及其特征研究——基于江西省农业企业实地调查数据

Research on Driving Factors,Impact Effects and Characteristics of Agricultural Enterprises' Environmental Strategy

文章在运用扎根理论构建农业企业环境战略驱动因素模型的基础上,利用江西省228个农业企业实地调查数据,使用结构方程(SEM)模型实证检验农业企业环境战略驱动因素影响效应,并通过单因素方差分析方法考察不同特征农业企业环境战略及其驱动因素的差异。研究表明:农业企业环境战略驱动因素主要包括政府政策、公众压力、绿色需求、组织认知和组织资源;各因素对农业企业环境战略影响程度并不相同,影响效应由大到小依次为政府政策、组织资源、公众压力、绿色需求、组织认知;政府政策不但对农业企业环境战略有直接影响,还通过公众压力产生间接影响,组织认知虽然对农业企业环境战略没有直接影响,但通过组织资源产生间接影响;不同行业、规模、性质、存续时间的农业企业在环境战略及其五个驱动因素上存在一定差异。

Herein,the grounded theory is used to construct the driving factor model of the agricultural enterprises’environment strategy,and the field survey data of 228 agricultural enterprises in Jiangxi Province is applied.On this basis,the structural equation model(SEM)is employed to test the impact effect and driving factors of the agricultural enterprises’environmental strategy.The differences of environmental strategy and driving factors between different characteristics of agricultural enterprises are identified through the single factor variance analysis method.The research shows that the driving factors include government policies,public pressure,green demand, organizational cognition and organizational resources.The influences of various factors on the environmental strategy of agricultural enterprises are different.According to impact effect,driving factors are ranked from large to small:government policy, organizational resources,public pressure,green demand and organizational cognition.In addition to direct impact,government policy also indirectly impacts on environmental strategy through public pressure.Although organizational cognition has no direct impact on environmental strategy,it poses indirectly impacts through the organization of resources.Agricultural enterprises of different industries,sizes,nature and duration have certain differences in environmental strategy and driving factors.
