摘要
文章结合中国组织文化情境,从心理权利的视角分析上下级关系与越轨创新行为的影响机制,并引入权力距离,构建一个有调节的中介效应模型。根据428份有效问卷数据,利用Spss和Mplus对模型进行检验,结果表明:上下级关系对越轨创新行为存在显著的促进作用;心理权利在员工与领导上下级关系和越轨创新行为倾向之间发挥着中介作用;权力距离不仅正向调节了上下级关系与心理权利之间的关系,而且还正向调节了上下级关系—心理权利—员工越轨创新行为这一中介机制。
A mediated-moderating effect model is constructed to analyse the underlying influencing mechanism between supervisor-subordinate Guanxi and bootleg innovation.It starts from psychological entitlement,and introduces power distance,combines with context of organizational culture in China.According to 428 valid questionnaires,the model is tested by the statistical software of Spss and Mplus.Conclusions of this study are as follows:supervisor-subordinate Guanxi has a positive impact on bootleg innovation;there is a mediation effect of psychological entitlement in the action mechanism between supervisor-subordinate Guanxi and bootleg innovation;power distance positively moderates the whole mediating mechanism among supervisor-subordinate Guanxi,psychological entitlement and bootleg innovation.
