摘要
文章通过构建研发产业集聚、制造业升级与创新型城市资源协同的理论分析框架,并基于反距离权重矩阵的空间杜宾模型、中介效应模型和全国272个城市的分类数据,对研发产业集聚的"外溢效应"和"中介效应"进行了实证检验。总体而言,研发产业空间集聚能显著推动本地区及周边城市制造业升级,区域创新型城市间的"互补溢出效应"最强,高等级创新型城市之间的"外溢"效果不显著;在以专利作为中介变量检验研发服务集聚是否通过提升制造产品创新功能并提供收益上的剩余来促进制造业转型升级的中介效应中,区域创新型城市和创新发展型城市存在较显著的"研发集聚规模增加—创新产品专利增加—价值链升级"的传导路径,这一机制效果在高等级创新型城市内并不明显。
Based on Spatial Dubin Model with inverse distance weight matrix and the panel data of 272 cities in China,this paper makes an empirical research on the“spillover effect”and“mediation effect”of R&D industry agglomeration.It constructs a theoretical framework on R&D industry agglomeration,manufacturing upgrading and resources synergy.In general,the study shows that the agglomeration of R&D industry can significantly promote the upgrading of manufacturing in the region and surrounding cities,generating“complementary spillover effect”;but the “spillover effect”between high grade innovative cities is not significant.Patent is used as a mediate variable to explore whether R&D service agglomeration promotes manufacturing transformation and upgrading by enhancing the innovation function of manufacturing products and providing surplus profits.A transmission path of“increasing scale of R&D agglomeration- increasing patent for innovative products-upgrading of value chain”is found.However,the effect of this mechanism is not obvious in high grade innovative cities.
