中国产学合作模式下的知识存量研究

Study on China's Knowledge Stock of University-industry Collaboration

研究目标:测度产学合作模式下知识存量,剖析该知识存量的测算方法与空间分布格局。研究方法:首先,区分关联型产学合作关系中的合作研发资本与交易型合作关系中的技术资本投资估算的差异。其次,基于国民经济核算原理合理估计各期投资,并采用BEA方法测算我国产学合作模式下的知识存量。研究发现:第一,与自主研发相比,我国产学合作知识存量的体量不大,但增长速度较快,是协同创新体系中最活跃的力量。第二,围绕空间分布特征的分析发现,产学合作知识存量有明显的区域集聚现象,各区域呈现出知识喷泉、知识海绵、知识中介与知识孤岛的异质表现。研究创新:测算产学合作知识存量规模,揭示其空间分布特征。研究价值:有助于把握国家创新系统中产学合作宏观现状,为促进协同创新提供决策参考。

Research Objectives: Measure the knowledge stock of University-industry collaboration (UIC) in China and analyze its spatial distribution pattern. Research Methods: This paper estimates the current investment scientifically and then calculates the knowledge stock of UIC with perpetual inventory method in light of national accounting principle by distinguishes the measurement of two different UIC pattern-Cooperative R&D and technology transfer. Research Findings: First, the UIC knowledge stock has relatively small scale comparing to internal R&D, while it increases faster than the latter. Furthermore, despite the highly cluster phenomenon, each region shows heterogeneity by being knowledge fountain, knowledge sponge, knowledge intermediary and knowledge island. Research Innovations: The measurement and analysis of the knowledge stock of industry-university cooperation and the discovery of its spatial distribution characteristics. Research Value: It is helpful to grasp the current macroscopic status of industry-university cooperation in the national innovation system and provide decision-making reference for promoting collaborative innovation.
