摘要
太阳能电池作为目前使用最为广泛的发电装置,保障其高效工作对整个光伏发电系统十分重要。在使用过程中如果出现故障会使整个系统工作效率降低,因此对其故障的诊断具有应用价值。本文利用热像仪成像技术对太阳能电池热斑、破碎、焊带的断裂三种常见故障进行诊断分析,另外使用源表对其输出电流进行测量。以正常太阳能电池的热像仪图像和电流-电压特性曲线为标准,将常见的三种故障电池与正常电池的热像仪图像和电学特性对比分析,通过此方法诊断太阳能电池的故障。研究表明常见故障电池的热像仪图像出现明亮区域、蓝色区域、颜色分区和断层现象。测量的结果表明故障的太阳能电池板导致其输出的电流减小,本文测量减小的范围33%到58%。本文通过热像仪技术诊断出太阳能电能电池板的常见故障。
As the most widely used power generation device at present,ensuring the efficient work of solar cells is very important for the whole photovoltaic power generation system.In the process of using,if there is a fault,it will reduce the efficiency of the whole system.In this paper,thermal imager imaging technology is used to diagnose and analyze three common faults of solar cell:hot spot,breakage,and fracture of welding belt.In addition,source meter is used to measure its output current.In this paper,the thermal imager image and current-voltage characteristic curve of normal solar cells are taken as the standard,and the three common fault batteries are compared and analyzed with the thermal imager image and electrical characteristics of normal cells,so as to diagnose the fault of solar cells by this method.Studies have shown that the thermal imager images of common faulty batteries show bright areas,blue areas,color divisions and faults.The measured results show that the malfunctioning solar panel causes its output current to decrease,which is measured in the range of 33%to 58%in this paper.In this paper,the fault of solar energy panel is diagnosed by thermal imaging technology.
