采出液黏度对液-液分离旋流器性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为了考察产出液黏度变化对井下油水分离性能的影响规律,基于计算流体动力学(Computational fluid dynamics,CFD)专业软件fluent,采用精细雷诺应力模型(Reynolds stress model,RSM),深入分析采出液不同黏度条件下对Martin-Thew型液-液旋流器内部流场的油相集中度、动压分布、切线速度和湍动能分布等多方面的影响规律。结果表明:采出液黏度变化对旋流器性能影响较大,黏度由1mPa·s增加到15mPa·s,旋流器油相的集中度、动压和切线速度逐渐减小,湍动能逐渐增加,且分离效率由91.2%下降到17.5%,此时旋流器分离能力比较差。 In order to explore the effect of viscosity change of produced liquid on the performance of oil and water separation, the Reynolds Stress Model (RSM) was adopted to deeply analyze the effects of different viscosity conditions on the oil phase concentration, dynamic pressure distribution, tangential velocity and turbulent kinetic energy distribution in the flow field of martin-thew type liquid-liquid cyclone, based on Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) professional software fluent. Results showed that the change of the recovery fluid viscosity had a great impact on the cyclone performance. The viscosity increased from 1 mPa·s to 15 mPa·s;the concentration, dynamic pressure and tangential velocity of the cyclone oil phase gradually decreased;the turbulent kinetic energy gradually increased;the separation efficiency decreased from 91.2% to 17.5%. At this point, the separation ability of the cyclone was relatively poor.
