摘要
通过对市场上各种类型的数控直曲线封边机的调查研究,以及对各种封边机封边加工工序的对比,发现了目前市面上的数控直曲线封边机仍然需要大量的劳动力,自动化程度相对比较低。针对目前我国封边机存在的问题,本设计通过额外添加一个可移动式封边工作台,通过可移动式封边工作台自身的直线进给运动或圆周运动,完成对板式家具的封边加工。利用Ansys Workbench软件对悬臂梁进行了静力学分析,从分析得出的应力和应变变形云图可以看出所设计的零件强度和刚度能够满足设计要求,证明了设计的合理性。整个设计结构紧凑,操作方便,还可以满足现在人们越来越多的私人定制要求,在封边加工时用最少的人力完成最大化工作,既提高了机器的自动化程度,又减少了企业的生产成本。
Through the investigation and study of various types of numerical control straight curve edge sealing machines in the market and the comparison of the processing procedures of various edge sealing machines,it is found that there are still a lot of manpower and relatively low automation. In view of the current problems of the edge sealing machine in our country,this design has completed the edge processing of the plate type furniture by adding a movable side table,through the motion of the straight line feed or the circular motion of the movable side table. The static analysis of the cantilever beam is carried out by ANSYS Workbench software.From the analysis of stress and strain deformation cloud chart,it can be seen that the strength and stiffness of the designed parts can meet the design requirements and prove the rationality of the design. The whole design is compact and easy to operate. It can also meet more and more people’s customizing requirements. It can maximize the work with the least manpower in the process of sealing edge. It not only improves the automation of the machine,It also reduces the cost of enterprise production.
