本文介绍了行车定点自动称重系统的设计,以系统构成框图展开,详细介绍了系统硬件和系统软件设计,简要说明了系统工作原理;系统以单片机为核心,通过A/D转换器、接近开关、继电器、数码管驱动按键扫描芯片的有机组合,实现了行车定点自动称重的目的。

This paper introduces the design of fixed-point automatic weighing system for travelling crane, which is based on the block diagram of the system. The hardware and software design of the system are introduced in detail, and the working principle of the system is briefly described. The system takes the single-chip microcomputer as the core, and realizes the purpose of fixed-point automatic weighing for travelling crane through the organic combination of A/D converter, proximity switch, relay and digital tube drive & key scanning chip.
