数控封边机封边条切断系统结构及维护修理方法研究

Research on the structure,maintenance and repairing method of edge banding cutting system of numerical control edge banding machine

本文以数控封边机封边条切断系统作为研究对象,介绍了数控封边机封边条切断系统的主要结构;对数控封边机封边条切断系统的安装方法和操作顺序进行了分析,并对数控封边机封边条切断系统的主要参数及气压回路进行了叙述;最后阐明了该数控封边机封边条切断系统使用过程中的修理方法研究,为安全生产和机器维护提供了指导建议。

In this paper, the edge banding cutting system of CNC edge banding machine was considered as the research object, and its main structure was introduced;its installation method and operation sequence were analyzed. The description of the main pa rameters and air pressure circuit was conducted. Finally, the research on the repairing method during the use of the edge banding cut ting system of the CNC edge banding machine was clarified, which provided guidance for the safety production and maintenance of machine.
