第三代核电技术“华龙一号”核岛1E级低压开关柜鉴定

摘要 "华龙一号"是我国具有自主知识产权,采用国际最高安全标准研发的第三代核电技术。核岛1E级380VAC低压开关柜参与执行核反应堆紧急停堆、堆芯及安全壳排热等重要的安全功能,其性能及可靠性直接影响核电站的安全运行,因此需通过严格的鉴定,以确保在事故工况下能够执行其预期安全相关功能。本文重点介绍"华龙一号"首堆—福清核电5/6#机组核岛1E级380VAC低压开关柜的鉴定,对其他核电厂核岛1E级开关柜的设计、制造及鉴定具有重大的借鉴意义。 "Hualong No. 1" is the third generation nuclear power technology developed by China with independent intellectual property rights and adopting the highest international safety standards. The nuclear island class 1 E 380 VAC low-voltage switchgear participates in the implementation of important safety functions such as emergency shutdown of nuclear reactor, core and shell heat exhaust. Its performance and reliability directly affect the safe operation of nuclear power plant. Therefore, strict qualification is needed to ensure that the expected safety-related functions can be performed under accident conditions. This paper focuses on the qualification of nuclear island class 1 E 380 VAC low-voltage switchgear for Fuqing Nuclear Power Plant Unit 5/6#, the first reactor of Hualong No. 1, which can be used for reference in the design, manufacture and qualification of class 1 E switchgear for other nuclear power plants.
