周汉音乐分期问题评述

A Commentary on the Musical Periodization Issue between Zhou Dynasty and Han Dynasty

音乐史分期问题是中国音乐史学重要论题之一,各家通史著作对上古至中古这一时段的分期认识虽显示出一定程度的一致性,即多认为在战国与汉代之间有一次转型,然而普遍缺乏分期依据的说明;相关史论文章则会相对注重分期依据方面的叙述,只是大多文章都以宏观的视野直接给出结论性的认知,缺乏实证的或量化的微观推论。周汉间的分期线置于战国之后秦朝开始时更合理。分期研究应分宏观认知、微观佐证和最终确立分期点三个阶段来完成。今后我们应做更多的微观实证研究来支撑分期研究。

The problem of periodization of music history is one of the important topics in Chinese music historiography.Although the history books of ancient time to the Middle Ages shows a certain degree of consistency, it is believed that there is a transformation in the time between the Warring States and the Han Dynasty. However, it generally lacks the explanation of the basis of periodization. Relevant historical articles will pay more attention to the narrative of periodization, but most of the articles directly give conclusive cognition with macroscopic vision that lacking empirical or quantitative micro inference. It is more reasonable to draw a line between Zhou and Han at the beginning of the Qin Dynasty after the Warring States. The periodization study should be completed in three stages, namely, macrocognition, micro-certification and final establishment of the staging point. In the future, we should make more micropositive research to support the periodization study.
