“公地悲剧”视角下高淳老街旅游发展对策研究

Research on the Countermeasures of Tourism Development of Gaochun Old Street from the Perspective of "Tragedy of the Commons"

作为"金陵第一古街"的高淳老街承载着悠久的历史和文化,随着旅游如火如荼地发展,大量的人车涌入,而高淳老街是开放型景区,出现了大量的公共资源过度利用或无序利用的公地悲剧现象,比较突出的问题有公共环境破坏、公共空间滥用和公共品牌弱化。首先通过对高淳老街"公地悲剧"现象背后的原因进行剖析,然后分析了北京南锣鼓巷历史街区改造成功的经验,进而对高淳老街现状提出五点建议。

As the "Jinling First Ancient Street", Gaochun old street carries a long history and culture. With the development of Gaochun old street,a large number of people and vehicles are pouring in. Gaochun old street is an open scenic spot with a large number of publicresources used overly or disorderly, the more prominent problems are public environmental damage, public space abuse and weakening of public brands. This paper analyzes the reasons behind the phenomenon of "tragedy of the commons" in Gaochun old street,and then analyzes the successful experience of the reconstruction of Beijing Nanluoguxiang historic district, and then puts forward five suggestions for the current situation of Gaochun old street.
