“互联网+”背景下南平市智慧城市建设现状与发展对策研究

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures for Smart City Construction in Nanping City under the Background of “Internet +”

随着城市化进程的推进,各种城市病的出现制约着城市的发展,而智慧城市的提出,已被公认为是化解城市病的有效途径。"互联网+"作为一种新的理念,是智慧城市的基本特征,它的提出为智慧城市注入了新鲜的血液,同时,智慧城市促进了"互联网+"的实现,二者是相互促进的关系。以首批国家智慧城市试点福建省南平市为研究对象,紧扣"互联网+"这一背景,研究分析"互联网+"背景下南平市智慧城市建设存在的问题及原因,对"互联网+"背景下南平市智慧城市建设提出发展对策。

With the advancement of urbanization, the emergence of various urban diseases has restricted the development of cities, and the proposal of smart cities has been recognized as an effective way to resolve urban diseases. As a new concept,“Internet +”is the basic feature of smart city. It brings fresh blood to smart city. Meanwhile, smart city promotes the realization of “Internet +”. With Nanping City of Fujian Province, one of the first batch of national smart city pilots, as the object of study, and under the background of “Internet +”, the paper tries to analyze the problems that plague the construction of Nanping as a smart city and also the reasons for these problems, and also the countermeasures for the construction of a smart city under the background of “Internet +”.
