摘要 采用文献资料法、访谈法、实验法、数理统计法,研究哈达瑜珈对女大学生健康体适能的影响.研究结果表明:哈达瑜伽练习对学生柔韧适能的发展具有非常显著的促进作用,有利于学生心肺适能发展、肌肉适能提高和身体成分改善,能促进学生健康体适能的发展.建议高校开设哈达瑜珈课程,或将其融入其他体育教学课程中,以有效促进大学生健康体适能的发展和体育教学质量提升. The effects of Hatha yoga on the physical fitness of female college students were studied by means of literature, interview, experiment and mathematical statistics. The research results show that the practice of Hatha yoga significantly promotes students′ flexibility and adaptability,which is beneficial to students′ cardiopulmonary fitness, muscle and body composition, and can promote students′ physical fitness. It is recommended that colleges and universities offer Hatha yoga courses,or integrate them into other physical education courses to effectively promote college students′ physical fitness and the quality of physical education.
